ARC CNA and HHA Application

Online Application Guidelines for the CNA and HHA Program

Before starting the CNA/HHA program online application, please read these guidelines carefully.

1. READ the program information on the ARC Nursing Program Website.
2. APPLY TO ARC BY SUBMITTING AN ONLINE APPLICATION.
   • Students who have never attended Los Rios Community College District (LRCCD) must submit an application. Go to the ARC home page and under 'Admissions' click Get Started and Apply.
   Note: Students who did not attend an LRCCD college last semester MUST complete a new application before accessing the Online CNA/HHA Application.
3. GET YOUR STUDENT ID NUMBER. After submitting your online application, allow 1-2 days for processing before completing the ARC Online CNA/HHA Application.
4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
   • You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in the CNA program.
   • CNA (N100) applicants: Must have completed AH 311 (Health Occupations) with a grade of C or better (or equivalent). Upload your transcript as part of the application.
   • HHA (N101) applicants: Must hold a current CNA certification. Your CNA certificate number and a copy of your certificate will be required.
   • CNA + HHA (N100 + N101) applicants: Must meet CNA eligibility requirements (AH 311 transcript).
5. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

   All applicants must provide the following as part of the application:

   • Physical examination form
   • TB test documentation
   • COVID-19 vaccination record
   • Flu vaccination record
   • AH 311 transcript (CNA/Both applicants) or CNA certificate (HHA applicants)
6. HEALTH EXAM AND IMMUNIZATIONS

   A health exam and up-to-date immunizations are required prior to enrollment. Review the Health Exam and Immunization requirements on the Nursing program website.

7. LOGIN TO YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT. All correspondence regarding your application status will be sent to your email account. It is your responsibility to check your email regularly.

Final notification regarding application status will be sent to your email. It is the student's responsibility to check email regularly and respond accordingly.
