The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) and the Instructional Technology Center (ITC) welcome your suggestions, ideas and input. We'd like to find out what kinds of professional development you need and want. Please think about the "art and heart of teaching and learning" here at American River College. Consider both what you would like to see offered, and what you can teach, lead, coordinate and/or facilitate. We will soon begin planning a full range of Flex/PD activities for the next semester. We appreciate your partnership in continuing the professional growth of our campus.

They are open to faculty and staff.* College Hour during the next semester College Hour events occur Thursdays from 12:15pm - 1:15pm during the semester and are open to everyone (students, employees, and community members). College Hour is regularly recorded by Audio Visual Services and broadcast on ARC's YouTube channel. Occasionally, College Hour programs are filmed and/or aired by the Sacramento Educational Cable Consortium. Other event during the next semester Other, non-College Hour events during the semester focus on issues related to teaching and learning, similar to events scheduled during Flex Days. They are open to faculty and staff.
